Products Found On Our eBay Store: Model 535 Heavy gauge electrical terminal manual crimping tool
While fabricating some high current battery cables, we realized we needed a way to make crimp connections in large cable and wire terminals. The available tools were very expensive, so we developed a tool which provided the proper termination at an affordable price. The Model 535 is designed to crimp terminals in 6 and 8 gauge wire and in 1/0 and 2/0 cable. The terminal is inserted in the tool, the wire/cable is inserted in the terminal. And the two bolts are tightened in the tool until the surfaces come together, and the terminal is automatically crimped to the proper depth. Dimensions: 7 inches x 2 inches x ½

Model 536 Drill Jig
Many times we have a need to drill a precision hole in an assembly where it is not possible to use a drill press. The Model 536 Drill Jig is constructed with four hardened steel drill bushings to accept 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, and 5/16 inch diameter drills. The machined aluminum frame was designed to be used with round or flat stock. By clamping to round tubing or rod, it is possible to drill a hole accurately through the center of the material with a hand drill. When drilling flat stock, locate hole location with a prick punch, then insert a spotting punch in the proper drill bushing, and slide the drill jig on the flat surface until the spotting punch locates the prick punch mark. Clamp the drill jig in place and remove the spotting punch and drill the hole. The drill jig has machined grooves on each side to accept a screw clamp which is being developed for clamping onto round stock and which will be available at a later date. Model 534 Hacksaw Mitre Box
This product was developed two years ago to meet a need in our own shop. We required a way to make fast precision cuts in steel tubing, aluminum and plastic rod, and flat stock. In addition, there was a need for angle cuts in tubing for weldments with a minimum of set-up time. The Model 534 Mitre Box can be bolted or clamped to a bench or used in a shop vise. Hardened steel dowel pins provide the alignment for a hand hacksaw and control the squareness of cuts to .004 inch per inch typical accuracy. The mitre box has multiple dowel pin settings for preset angle cuts of 12.5, 30, 45, and 60 degrees. The Model 534 has an integral clamping system which provides the ability to make fast set-ups for cutting rod and tubing up to 2 inches in diameter. In addition, the clamping bar was fabricated with a precision "V" to provide an alignment groove for making square cuts in round stock.
